This publication is intended to provide a framework for tri- and binational cooperation between Canada, the United States and Mexico that promotes the conservation and sustainable use of central North American grasslands. Rather than providing specific beneficial practices, this report focuses on the issues and needs of the three North American countries with a view to facilitate development of a North American grasslands conservation strategy.
